Rohit Vashistha was born in India on March 15, 1971. With a Bachelor’s in Technology from IIT BHU and a Masters in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi, Rohit is a highly skilled, diversely experienced and result-oriented CEO with more than 30 years of experience in international multi-cultural and multi-industry environments. 

He started his career in 1992 as a Junior Manager (Operations) with Bhilai Steel Plant of Steel Authority of India and thereafter worked in International Business function with Tata Steel, Polyplex (Thailand) Plc as Managing Director and CEO of Plastiblends India Ltd. 

Prior to joining JBF, Rohit was the CEO of Indorama Ventures Ltd in Turkey. 

Vinod Sureka was born in Kolkata, India, on September 25, 1974. He graduated as a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University in 1997 and went on to become a qualified Chartered Accountant, from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998 with 9th all India Rank.

He started his career in May’99 as Accounts officer with Indian Oil Corporation Limited in India and thereafter worked in the Finance and Commercial function with Indorama in Turkey, Polyplex in Thailand, Busana Apparel Group in Indonesia and Alok Industries in India. 

Over the last 25 years of his working life, Vinod has gained experience of leading the finance, accounts, commercial and legal functions of manufacturing companies in different geographies.  

Before joining JBF, Vinod was working as the CFO of Alok Industries Limited, one of the largest and integrated textile products producer in India. 

Mr. S. Ali Nishat has joined JBF-RAK as the Director of Human Resources. With a Master’s degree from University of Delhi and a CIPD certification, he brings over 30 years of diverse experience in human resource leadership, particularly within the evolving markets of the Middle East. 

Beginning his career with Coal India Limited as a Management Trainee in 1994, Mr. Nishat has since held senior HR leadership roles across several prominent organizations in the UAE, including GECO, Group Harwal, Petrofac, Sobha, and Chemie-Tech. 

Mr. Nishat excels in designing and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of local labour laws, market trends, and cultural dynamics.Bottom of Form 

Over 30 years of experience in field of BOPET, BOPP and flexible packaging industry. Prior to Phoenix, he has been associated to companies in the same field like SRF Limited, Ester Industries, Polyplex etc. to name a few.
